Delivery
Can I have an order delivered ‘Next Day’?
Yes, for any orders placed before 1pm, you can opt for a ‘Next Day’ delivery service. Delivery will be on the next working day.
How soon will I get my order?
There are 3 options for delivery:
Economy Delivery
Economy UK Mainland Deliveries are usually dispatched within 5 working days, but please note that during busy sale periods this is likely to increase to orders being dispatched within 10-14 working days. Up-to-date delivery time frames are shown at the point of checkout. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, Closure Dates and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Priority Delivery
Priotrity UK Mainland Deliveries are processed the same day but will usually be dispatched within 3 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, Closure Dates and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Next Working Day Delivery
Priority Next Working Day UK Mainland Deliveries are processed and dispatched the same day so long as the order is placed before 13.00 between Monday - Friday. Please note that any orders placed over the Weekend, or on a Closure Dates, and on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. For a full list of our company closure dates, please take a look at our Contact Us page.
If, for any reason we are unable to process your order for Next Working Day Delivery, we will advise you by email, and your order will be processed on the next working day unless we receive further instructions from you. If any goods are unavailable at the time you place your order, or need to be ordered in especially, we will also notify you, therefore a Next Working Day Delivery will not be possible in this instance.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver to countries all over the world. Please select your country on the checkout page, and the relevant shipping costs will be applied.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes – an exact ‘postage, packaging and handling’ amount will be shown at the checkout.

What is the least amount that I can order?
The minimum order is 0.5m, we will supply part metre thereafter.

Do you have special offers or ‘Sale’ fabrics?
We have a selection of ‘Sale’ fabrics, these are shown on the web site under ‘Sale’.
What do I do if there is a fault with the fabric?
Provided that the fabric has not been ‘cut’ we will replace it.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payments are directed to a secure 3rd party payment terminal via the ‘Checkout’ – options include PayPal and WorldPay. A wide range of credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Electron.
Samples
Can I order a sample?
Yes, this option is available. Simply choose your fabric and add the sample to your basket. You will then need to proceed through the checkout process as normal. Generally, our samples measure approximately 10cm x 15cm. If a bigger sample is necessary to display the pattern repeat on the fabric a larger sample will be cut.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, samples are available at £3.00 each.
Sample Orders
Sample orders are currently being dispatched within 5 working days of order, and are usually sent via Royal Mail unless placed with other products, in which case they may be sent by an alternative courier. Please note that this delivery timeframe is likely to increase to 10-14 working days within busy sale periods.current working days do not include Weekends or Public Holidays.
Event Dates
We host regular Pop-Up Shop Events at locations all around the UK throughout the year, as well as hold Open Days at our warehouse and exhibit at various Craft Shows.
