For general enquiries with regards to our dress making fabrics or sewing accessories, please contact our customer service team by email and they will be more than happy to assist you. 

If you have a query or question relating to your order, please send an email to quoting your order number and details about your query, and one of our designated team will respond back to you as soon as possible, during office opening times (please allow up to 48 hours during busy times).

Our website operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, although our customer service department is open between the hours of 07.30 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 until 14.00 on Fridays.

Please note that our customer service department will be closed on the following dates during 2021:-

1st January - New Year’s Day

2nd April - Good Friday

5th April - Easter Monday

3rd May - Early May Bank Holiday

31st May - Spring Bank Holiday

30th August - Summer Bank Holiday
