Delivery Information

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. Where incorrect address details are supplied, we cannot accept liability for lost items. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct details are supplied. If goods go ‘missing’ as a result of incorrect address details being supplied, we cannot replace these free of charge.

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Orders placed during our closure periods (i.e. over Easter or Christmas) will be processed and dispatched after we have re-opened. See our 'Contact Us' page for full details of the affected dates.

Our delivery charges will be shown at the checkout stage for you to select which option you prefer, or which is applicable to your delivery destination.

Economy UK Delivery (Dispatched within 5-7 working days, but please note that during busy sale periods this is likely to increase to orders being dispatched within 10-14 working days*) on orders placed under £100 is £5.99. However, if the order is over £100 the carriage will be free for this service.

UK Priority Delivery - Dispatched within 1-3 working days* is £19.99.

UK Priority Delivery - Dispatched within 3-5 working days* is £10.99.

UK Sample Delivery - This Order Will Be Despatched Within 5-7 Working Days Is £5.99

Click And Collect - Only Available For Customers Within  A 25 Mile Radius is free, and you will be emailed when your order is ready for collection. Your order will be processed within 5-7 working days. 

Europe Non-Urgent Budget Economy Delivery - This Order Will Be Despatched Within 5-7 Working Days is £28.00

Europe Priority Shipping - This Order Will Be Shipped Within 5 Working Days is £45.00

Worldwide Non-Urgent Budget Economy Delivery - This Order Will Be Despatched Within 5-7 Working Days is £35.00

Worldwide Priority Shipping - This Order Will Be Shipped Within 5 Working Days is £60.00

*Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Closure Dates, are not classed as working days. 

If you choose to ask us to instruct the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place, such as a shed or porch, please note that this is at your own risk as we cannot claim for items that go missing that are not securely delivered.

Sample orders are sent out using Royal Mail standard postal services. Usually delivery of samples and swatch orders are sent out within 5-7 working days from the date of the order placed, but at busy periods like sale times, and depending on the amount of sample orders received into our system, there could be some delays. Sample orders once processed and cut for your specific needs cannot be cancelled, and are not returnable or refundable.
