If you have a query or question relating to your order, please send an email to shop@ladymcelroy.co.uk quoting your order number and details about your query, and one of our designated team will respond back to you as soon as possible, during office opening times (please allow up to 48 hours during busy times).

Our website operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, although our customer service department is open between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday, and 09.00 until 14.00 on Fridays.
